Job Description
As a Housekeeping Runner, you will:
- Deliver requested items to the staff and guest units promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized storage closet.
- Navigate our resort by providing around-the-clock service.
- Greet our guests with a warm and friendly welcome.
- Responsible for delivering clean linen to buildings. Retrieving dirty linen from buildings and bringing to laundry.
- Keep carts, closets, and equipment in orderly fashion. Take trash and linen to the corresponding bins.
- Report any damaged items to your immediate supervisor.
- Respond to any owner or guest requests / complaints in a professional and timely manner.
- Respond to guest calls for any additional services or products for a unit or room utilizing a device.

Qualifications
- Must be able to stand for an extended period of time as 90-100% of the shift is standing.
- Must be able to lift 50lbs and work in outdoor weather conditions.
- Strong written and verbal communications skills with the ability to interact with all levels of team members and guests in an attentive and service-oriented manner.
- Must be able to work weekends and holidays as needed.
- Must be at least 18 years of age and have a valid FL State Driver’s License to drive company golf carts.

- Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States.

What you'll do
- The Housekeeping Runner is responsible for promptly and efficiently delivering requested items to staff and guest units, maintaining clean storage closets, and providing around-the-clock service across the resort property.
