Join us as we transform global finance operations! We’re seeking a dynamic

 leader to drive process excellence across our regional financial centers in 

Lithuania, Hyderabad, and Costa Rica. In this role, you’ll lead large scale transformation initiatives, optimize accounting processes, and implement cutting-edge technologies to enhance efficiency, compliance, and scalability. 

The Vice President of Accounting Shared Services will lead process excellence across the company’s regional financial operating centers in Lithuania,  Hyderabad, and Costa Rica. This role is responsible for analyzing, documenting, and optimizing accounting processes to enhance efficiency, compliance, and 

scalability across Accounting, Settlement, and Accounts Payable functions. 

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in multinational 

environments, a strong background in accounting operations, and proven leadership in driving transformation. Key productivity KPIs include improved labor 

utilization, reduced exceptions, faster response times, and decreased aging of items under review. 

Role Responsibilities 

  • Assess current accounting processes and procedures across regional operating centers. 
  • Document workflows, systems, and internal controls to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities. 
  • Redefine operating models and optimize processes using state-of-the-art technologies. 
  • Evaluate and enhance the global shared services (GSS) structure. 
  • Develop and implement process improvements aligned with industry’s best practices and regulatory standards. 
  • Lead change management initiatives, including training and performance monitoring. 
  • Collaborate with Finance, IT, Compliance, and Operations to ensure seamless integration of new processes. 
  • Establish metrics and reporting frameworks to measure effectiveness and drive continuous improvement. 
  • Provide strategic guidance to senior leadership on process optimization and governance. 
  • Manage and interact with multiple teams across disciplines and regions. 
  • This position is critical to achieving the company’s strategic goal of enhancing operational efficiency and ensuring consistent, high-quality accounting practices globally.  
  • We seek a proactive leader passionate about process improvement and committed to excellence in financial operations. 

 Role Requirements 

  • 15+ years of progressive experience in accounting and financial management, including leadership roles. 
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field; master’s degree or CPA preferred. 
  • Proven experience in global multinational companies with complex operational structures. 
  • Demonstrated success in leading large-scale transformation initiatives. 
  • Strong knowledge of accounting systems, internal controls, and regulatory compliance. 
  • Exceptional analytical, communication, and project management skills. 
  • Ability and willingness to travel to regional operating centers as needed. 
  • Functional knowledge of ERP systems, T&E tools, payroll systems, and related applications. 
  • Deep understanding of innovative approaches to adapt to rapidly changing environments. 
  • Experience influencing across cultures and geographies, including vendor and C-suite interactions.
