The Sr. Business Analyst enhances operational effectiveness by leveraging expertise in procedures and concepts within their area of responsibility, combined with a comprehensive understanding of how these responsibilities align with the broader goals of the business unit and the company. 

Role Responsibilities

  • Lead operational readiness initiatives to support the release and rollout of products and services in B2B retail debt collections and B2C digital loss recovery and payments incident management.
  • Develop business intelligence reports to provide visibility and analysis of operational change management activities.
  • Automate operational processes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
  • Consistently meet deadlines while ensuring thorough documentation and effective information sharing.
  • Translate high-level business requirements into operational change management plans to support the implementation of services and products.
  • Act as a liaison between operational teams and support departments.
  • Identify and recommend process improvements to management.
  • Define and recommend key metrics for tracking performance.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards to monitor metrics across operational change management processes and projects in execution.

Role Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent experience in financial services.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management with a proven track record in process optimization, intelligent process automation, and operational intelligence.
  • Demonstrated experience in Retail and Digital B2B/B2C financial services organizations (Order-to-Cash experience is a plus).
  • Professional proficiency in Python and VBA (required and will be evaluated).
  • Team leadership experience is a plus.
  • Hands-on experience with Jira Cloud and Confluence Cloud for dashboard creation and workload reporting.
  • Proficiency in SharePoint, MS Excel, MS Word, and Visio, along with familiarity with visual analytics tools such as Power BI.
  • Lean Six Sigma Certification (minimum Green Belt) and Scrum Master or Agile Methodology Certification are required.
  • Strong interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, influencing, prioritization, decision-making, and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, with all levels of management.
