Role Responsibilities

• Operating within the Credit & Collections team of highly motivated, business-oriented professional risk specialists, who control the whole credit and payments cycle in France and Benelux countries.

• Building effective business relationships with our customers based on trust, respect, and rapport.

• Handling the day-to-day client services and receivables processes and ensuring a smooth and proper credit risk assessment.

• Working in close partnership with other departments in various countries and assisting customers, peers, and management.

• Supporting onboard and train new colleagues.

Role Requirements

• More than 1 year of experience working with collections.

• Customer service experience.

• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

• Fluent in English and French languages (B2 level and above). 

• Advanced knowledge of Excel.

• Flexible and adaptable.

• Ability to influence and drive execution.

• Passionate about working in a multicultural environment.

Salary

The monthly gross base salary range is 1,531 – 2,245 EUR. This range represents anticipated low and high end of the salary for this position. Actual salaries will vary based on candidate’s qualifications, skills and competencies.
