Job Description

Are you a fresh graduate passionate about automation and eager to dive into the world of manufacturing technology? Join our team and be part of a dynamic environment where innovation meets real-world impact.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Exploring and implementing new ways to automate systems
  • Basic understanding of mechanical systems and manufacturing operations
  • Assist in defining manufacturing configuration specifications and business analysis requirements with guidance from senior team members
  • Support collaboration with partners from various departments to enhance system capabilities for manufacturing
  • Proactively seek opportunities to improve system monitoring, identify issues, and deliver better value to business users
  • Participate in identifying, designing, developing, and implementing systems to meet business process requirements
  • Work closely with the Manufacturing Team and Development Team to support quality assurance, system availability, and data integrity
  • Willingness to provide support to Site IT on manufacturing-related issues, including occasional off-hours availability.
  • Always standby 24*7 to provide support to Site IT on any manufacturing related support

Qualifications

ACADEMIC QUALIFICATION :   

  • Master/ Bachelor in Computer Science / Computer Engineering or other related fields (minimum 2nd Class Upper)

EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS REQUIRED :

  • Fresh graduate with strong interest in automation applications and equipment communication
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset to tackle challenges in automation and system integration
  • Good understanding of software development methodologies, tools, and standards
  • Eager to learn and adapt to new technologies in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
  • A good Team Player
  • Motivated to explore innovation opportunities in manufacturing automation and continuous improvement
  • Exposure to Web Development or UI design through academic projects or internships
  • Familiarity with Web/API development in the .NET Framework (C#, VB, .NET Core) and SQL Server is an advantage

PREFERRED :

  • Knowledge in MVC Framework
  • Interest or academic exposure to SECS/GEM Communication Protocols and ladder logic for PLCs
