ウエスタンデジタルでは、日本およびAPJC地域において、コーポレート・コミュニケーションおよび製品広報プログラムを企画・推進し、当社の企業評価、ブランド力、プレゼンスの向上を実現する、成果志向のコミュニケーション専門人材を募集しています。Japan PR & Communications Managerとして、経営陣と緊密に連携し、主要市場におけるコミュニケーション課題の特定と優先順位付けを行っていただきます。グローバルコミュニケーション戦略に沿いながら、日本におけるビジネスをサポートする各種プログラムを企画・実行していただきます。PR チーム、代理店チームと連携し、エンゲージメント向上を目指したストーリー展開やコミュニケーション施策を開発していただきます。
アーンドメディア、ソーシャルメディア、インフルエンサー、イベント、スポンサードコンテンツを担当範囲とし、より幅広いキャンペーンにも参画していただきます。本ポジションはグローバル・コーポレート・マーケティング組織に属し、日本国内のPR会社およびソーシャルメディア代理店チームをマネジメントし、地域内の主要なコーポレート、マーケティング、セールス部門の関係者と密接に協力していただきます。
勤務地は神奈川県藤沢市のオフィスとなり、APJC コーポレート・コミュニケーションチームへレポートします。国内の頻繁な出張、および、海外出張が発生する場合があります。ビジネスレベル(Fluency)英語力、及び、ネイティブレベルの日本語能力は必須です。
具体的な業務は以下の通り。
Western Digital is looking for a results-oriented communications professional to develop and drive corporate and product communications programs for Japan and within the APJC region to increase Western Digital’s reputation, brand and presence. As Japan PR & Communications Manager, you’ll partner closely with senior regional leadership to identify and prioritize communications needs across key markets. Experienced in integrated communications, you’ll develop and oversee regional programs that support local business priorities while laddering up to the global communications strategy. You'll work with subject matter experts and your internal PR and agency teams to develop narratives, story angles, and communications assets to boost engagement with our audiences.
Covering earned media, social media, influencers, events and sponsored content, with involvement in wider integrated campaigns, this role reports into the Global Corporate Marketing organization. The role will manage retained PR and social media agency teams in Japan and will cooperate closely with key corporate, marketing and sales stakeholders in region.
The role will be based in our Fujisawa, Japan office, and will report into the APJC corporate communications team. Frequent travel within the region and infrequent international travel may be expected. Fluent in English and native level Japanese are required.
