As a Master Plumber on our Austin-San Marcos team, you will join us on our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home™ by supporting our Installation teams in delivering five-star shower installation and bath remodel experiences to our customers. You will report directly to our General Manager and work closely with our Installation Manager, Lead Installers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals.

What You’ll Contribute 

In this role, you can expect to: 

• Serve as the subject matter expert at your branch for all plumbing-related operations 
• Balance your schedule with both office (~30%) and field work (~70%) 
• Review all upcoming jobs with the Installation Manager and obtain applicable permits 
• Schedule rough-in inspections and help facilitate pre-installation and on-site final inspections 
• Respond to service calls and assist Installers with plumbing-related questions over the phone or via site visits 
• Act as primary back up to the Installation Manager and assist with scheduling installations, completing pre-install inspections, and ordering products as needed

• An active Texas Master Plumber License in good standing
