What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care to residents
• Plan, coordinate, and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control standards
• Remain calm and effective during emergencies
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and assist in problem-solving
• Foster a respectful, resident-centered environment

What You'll Need:

• Valid Illinois license as a Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) (required)
• One to two years of experience in a long-term care environment (preferred)
• Graduate Registered Nurse (GRN) considered if licensure is obtained within 45 days of employment
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
