What You'll Do:

• Plan, coordinate, and implement personalized care plans for residents
• Administer medications and treatments following physician orders
• Maintain accurate documentation and uphold infection control standards
• Respond calmly and effectively in emergencies
• Collaborate with care teams to provide compassionate, high-quality care
• Foster a positive, professional environment that supports resident dignity and well-being

What You'll Need:

• Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with valid Illinois license (required)
• 1-2 years of long-term care experience (preferred)
• Graduate Registered Nurse (GRN) candidates considered if licensed within 45 days of hire
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written
