What You'll Do:

  • Oversee upkeep, repairs, and safety compliance of the Castle Town Center
  • Perform routine maintenance and timely repairs, including electrical, plumbing, and mechanical work
  • Conduct site inspections and participate in facility audits
  • Assist with unit renovations and collaborate on change orders
  • Maintain pools and building equipment to high standards
  • Work closely with the Director of Facilities and complete projects as assigned

What You'll Need:

  • Extensive knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems (required)
  • Valid Driver’s License (required)
  • 3–5 years of experience in maintenance or building operations (required)
  • Experience with chillers, boilers, and HVAC systems is a plus
