What You'll Do:
- Provide hands-on support to residents for personal care and hygiene, including bathing, toileting, meals, and mobility.
- Monitor resident needs and support infection control practices.
- Help maintain a clean and safe environment.
- Respond compassionately to residents and work collaboratively with the care team.
- Demonstrate reliability, attentiveness, and proactive problem-solving to deliver exceptional care daily.
What You'll Need:
- Current CNA certification in the state of Illinois (required).
- Clean IDPH background record (required).
- Previous hospital or senior care experience (preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
