As a Senior Marketing Specialist-Supplier Partners & Co‑op Execution, you will lead supplier‑funded marketing initiatives and play a critical part in strengthening the connection between supplier strategies and our go‑to‑market execution. You will manage day‑to‑day supplier partner marketing programs, turning supplier and joint objectives into compelling, effective multi‑channel campaigns that support key business priorities. You will also serve as a central resource for the broader marketing team, ensuring that co‑op processes are consistent, compliant, and optimized for maximum impact. To excel, you will apply strong project‑management skills, collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams, and drive disciplined execution that maximizes co‑op investment and delivers measurable marketing results.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across email, digital, social, paid media, customer content, and traditional channels.
- Partner with suppliers, supplier relations, sales, and internal teams to support business strategy and revenue goals.
- Act as the primary contact for supplier marketing initiatives, ensuring alignment, clear communication, and timely execution.
- Manage co-op–funded marketing projects, including budgets, timelines, assets, approvals, and reporting.
- Develop and deliver supplier-related marketing materials to support sales teams at all levels.
- Track campaign performance and customer engagement; analyze KPIs and recommend improvements.
- Maintain trackers and dashboards to monitor co-op spend, deadlines, risks, and results.
- Identify opportunities to maximize co-op funding across priority programs.
- Conduct market, customer, and competitive research to inform marketing strategies.
- Provide execution and reporting support to ensure consistent, compliant marketing processes.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or relevant industry preferred.
- 4 to 5 years required, 6 years preferred of product, solution or field marketing experience, preferably in Fortune 500 company.
- Marketing strategy and implementation, including a working knowledge of multi-channel marketing and associated best practices.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, combined with an ability to communicate clearly and succinctly to internal and external groups.
- Highly organized and detail oriented, with a customer-centric focus and commitment to quality.
- Strong research and analytical skills, including the ability to spot questionable information or unusual data trends, combined with a disciplined problem-solving process that applies conceptual thinking to identify root cause(s) and provide appropriate solution(s).
- Able to spot new and evaluate existing business opportunities, including the ability to ask good questions, look beyond the obvious, and see the “big picture.”
- Strong mathematical and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), working knowledge and at least basic- to intermediate-level HTML or wordpress skills.
- Strong creativity, out-of-the-box thinking, and entrepreneurial drive; able to work with autonomy and self-direction.
- Able to influence others through effective negotiation techniques and strong interpersonal skills, meet deadlines, and deliver results.

This amount is what we reasonably believe we will pay for the position; however, offer amounts may vary based on factors such as geographic location, relevant education, experience, qualifications, skills, shift, or any collective bargaining agreements.
For eligible positions, compensation may include participation in a bonus or sales incentive plan, subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plan documents. For certain sales roles, Wesco also offers a commission structure that provides additional compensation based on sales results, as defined by the applicable commission plan.
