Une journée dans la vie d'un Associé d'entrepôt - Contrôle d'inventaire

En tant qu'Associé d'entrepôt - Contrôle d'inventaire, vous serez chargé d'effectuer des tâches d'entrepôt, notamment la réception, le prélèvement, l'emballage, l'expédition, la coupe de fils, l'assemblage léger, ainsi que l'entretien général des zones assignées. 

  • Remplir les feuilles de registre et gérer les expéditions entrantes 
  • Vérifier les retours des fournisseurs et saisir les réceptions de commandes 
  • Déplacer et consolider le matériel 
  • Préparer et assembler les listes de colisage 
  • Emballez, étiquetez, emballez et chargez les camions en partance.

Formation et expérience 

  •  Diplôme d'études secondaires ou équivalent de préférence 
  • Aucune expérience requise / niveau d'entrée 
  • 1 an d'expérience dans les opérations d'entrepôt de préférence 

Compétences et exigences 

  • Compétences informatiques de base souhaitées 
  • Compétences de base en résolution de problèmes 
  •  Capacité à soulever jusqu'à 50 livres 
  • Capacité à rester debout pendant de longues périodes. 
  • Volonté d'utiliser des équipements d'entrepôt, y compris des équipements électriques. 
  • Bilingue- français et anglais

As a Union - Operations Associate - Picking you will be responsible for accurately performing assigned warehouse tasks including receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting, light assembly, as well as housekeeping of assigned areas. You will comply with operational, audit, safety and all other company policies.   You will operate warehouse equipment including power equipment.  You will possess a required understanding of job tasks assigned. 

Shift: Monday through Friday; 2:30 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.

Transportation: This location is conveniently located near major bus routes, making it easily accessible by public transportation. Please check routes and schedules to ensure shift compatibility.

A Day in The Life of an Operations Associate

As an Operations Associate, your primary responsibility will be focused on picking in addition to accurately performing assigned warehouse tasks such as packing, shipping and light assembly in assigned areas.  *This is a unionized position

  • Perform verification of returns and enter order receipts into computer system
  • Perform quality assurance inspections
  • Place received material into proper storage locations
  • Utilize available computer equipment to stage and put away material
  • Fill out log sheets for materials

Education & Experience

  • High school degree or equivalent preferred
  • Hand tool experience required
  • 1 year of warehouse operations preferred
