The WES Adult Therapist provides assessment, treatment planning, group/individual/family therapy as a part of holistic services focused on empowering the individual in crisis and preparing for sustaining gains after discharge.    What you’ll be doing: Conduct individual, group, and/or family therapy to SMI population. Perform initial assessments, intakes and prepare documentation of such for client charts. Input data into profile computerized medical records. Prepare with client a treatment plan to include goals. Document progress of client to goals as outlined in the treatment plan. Present cases to psychiatrists regarding client's medicine. Work closely with case managers regarding client's needs. Provide crisis intervention as needed. Participate in various meetings to include departmental, divisional or other meetings as required by the Coordinator. Complete billing documentation in a timely and accurate manner. Conduct follow up with clients.
