Schedule rotates between 0600-1430 and 1100-1930
Under the direction of the Surgical Services Leadership maintains and prepares anesthesia supplies and equipment before, during and after anesthesia induction. Assists with patient related activities as assigned, maintaining established procedures. Essential functions and responsibilities include:
• Assists Anesthesia with connecting MOA invasive monitoring equipment and with patient positioning as directed.
• Refers repairs of equipment to appropriate persons.
• Cleans and sterilizes or disposes of equipment, as appropriate, after each case and cleans anesthesia cart and replaces supplies as necessary.
• Maintains stock for drugs and other supplies and equipment as appropriate.
