In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in variety of complex functions within the digital environment
  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to the execution of the digital strategy
  • Review and analyze complex content strategy/creation, customer experience, analytics/research or product management that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors
  • Independently resolve complex issues
  • Lead team to meet project deliverables while leveraging solid understanding of digital initiatives, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Potentially lead projects, teams or provide direction to junior staff on less complex digital initiatives


Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education


Desired Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in financial services or payments domain.
  • Strong understanding of payment systems, messaging standards (ISO 8583, ISO 20022), and clearing/settlement processes.
  • Familiarity with APIs, microservices, and integration patterns.
  • Proficiency in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and MS Visio for documentation and workflow design.
  • Defining NFRs and testing
  • SQL, N-SQL
  • Tools like Grafana, Elastic
  • Expertise in payment workflows, clearing/settlement, and transaction lifecycle.
  • Familiarity with fraud detection, dispute management, and reconciliation processes.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Confluence, MS Visio, and BPM tools.
  • Ability to create detailed functional documentation and process maps.
  • Support SIT/UAT by validating test cases against requirements.
  • Ensure defect triage and resolution aligns with business priorities.
  • Validate end-to-end payment flows and reconciliation processes.
  • Gather, analyze, and document functional requirements for payment systems.
  • Map business processes to functional workflows for ACH, RTGS / Wires, SWIFT, ISO 20022, UPI, and card-based transactions.
  • Define functional specifications for APIs, integration points, and payment gateways.
  • Provide deep functional knowledge of payment systems, clearing and settlement processes.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (AML, KYC, PCI DSS) and incorporate them into functional design.
  • Support modernization initiatives like ISO 20022 migration and real-time payment adoption.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in an agile environment.


Job Expectations:

  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Analyze payment workflows, transaction lifecycles, and integration points with upstream/downstream systems.
  • Translate business needs into detailed technical specifications for development teams.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in payment systems
  • Solution Design & Documentation
  • Work with architects and developers to design scalable, secure, and efficient payment solutions.
  • Create BRDs, FRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria for agile delivery.
  • Maintain traceability between requirements and delivered functionality.
  • Act as a bridge between product owners, operations, and technology teams.
  • Facilitate workshops, sprint planning, and backlog grooming sessions.
  • Communicate progress, risks, and dependencies to stakeholders.
