  • Contribute to the strengthening of model governance frameworks, supporting the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of international risk governance processes and standards.
  • Collaborate closely with risk partners and front-line teams, acting as a subject-matter resource on model governance expectations, policy requirements, and emerging risk themes.
  • Identify, develop, and deliver training materials to enhance risk awareness and support consistent application of model risk standards across international jurisdictions.
  • Provide flexible support across broader IRM activities when required, including contributions to ICARA, legal entity risk strategy reviews, and reputational risk reporting.

Required Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to work well with specialists and non-specialists across the organisation

Desired Qualifications:

  • Experience in Model Risk Management or Model Governance, ideally within a financial services or regulated environment.
  • Experience interpreting and applying risk policies, governance frameworks, or regulatory requirements, particularly those relating to enterprise risk or prudential risk management.
