Job DetailsJob Location: The Remington Club - San Diego, CA 92128Position Type: Full TimeSalary Range: $20.00 - $27.00 HourlyWELLQUEST LIVING JOB DESCRIPTION      Job Number:   Job Title: Resident Coordinator  FLSA Status: Non – exempt  Department:   Date Reviewed: 4/20/21  Prepared by: Veronica Akers    Assists Director of Assisted Living in developing and posting a work schedule for all caregivers.  Manages the schedule throughout the month, documenting all changes on the schedule, and making arrangements for staff replacement during absences.  Covers shifts as necessary.  Tracks caregiver attendance and takes appropriate corrective action as necessary.  Assists in the completion of time records.  Coordinates services and assignments for and with caregivers assigned to the area.  Assures caregiver skills matches the needs of assigned.  May conduct weekly clinic for blood pressures weights, and other nursing questions is available to all residents.    May perform nursing procedures and treatments within scope of LVN practice as necessary to follow the resident service plans.  Evaluates all skin problems and keeps skin records.  Evaluates effectiveness of treatments; Current nursing license in the State of California . Has, is eligible for and/or is interested in seeking out RCFE Certification Education Requirements: Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
