About this role
Job Purpose
As a UI UX Designer, you’ll help shape intuitive, polished experiences across web and mobile.
You’ll support the design team from early sketches to production-ready assets, turning ideas into
visuals that feel simple, consistent, and user-focused. The aim is to strengthen the overall user
experience, maintain design quality, and ensure every interaction feels intentional and easy for our
users.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with senior designers to create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity
mockups.
• Assist in designing the user interface and improving user experience for web and mobile
applications.
• Participate in design reviews, contributing to the design process and ensuring alignment
with project goals.
• Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Help in the creation of user personas, user journeys, and other design documents.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools, and technologies to improve design practices.
• Support the team in preparing assets for development.
Required Skills & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in design, Computer Science, Human- Computer Interaction, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in UI/UX design or related in design field
• Strong understanding of UI design principles and UX methodologies.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Knowledge of basic web technologies (HTML, CSS) to collaborate effectively with developers.
• Strong attention to detail and visual design sensibility.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work within a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
Nice to have/preferred skills and experience
• Experience with design systems and UI kits.
• Familiarity with front-end development (HTML, CSS) to better understand implementation.
• Knowledge of motion design and basic animation principles.
• A portfolio showcasing design projects and problem-solving abilities.
Required Education
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Software
Engineering, or Equivalent. MS or PhD in such technical fields very desirable
