Wells Enterprises is looking for a highly motivated Spring 2026 college graduate to join our Sales Development Program. The Sales Development Associate role will be located remotely in Kansas City for the first year and then Chicago based in year two. The Sales Development Associate I will develop a foundational understanding of being a salesperson at Wells. In year one, you will manage a territory and deliver on KPIs while building the skills and behaviors necessary to advance to other assignments/rotations within the Sales organization. Rotation two will be on our Category Management/Sales Analytics team. Rotation three will most likely be in a Business Development/Account Sales role.
Year One Responsibilities Include:
Manages a sales territory with a mix of Chain Grocery Stores, Walmart's and Independent Stores. Responsible for delivering on KPI's (call frequency/calls per day/displays/etc).
