Reporting to the Senior Director, Strategic Initiatives and collaborating with the executive team, this role will assess operational challenges, set measurable improvement targets, and lead cross-functional efforts to deliver a strategic action plan. That’s why we offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Medical insurance coverage (Medical, Dental, Vision)</li> <li>Work/life balance - We mean it! 17 days of personal time off (PTO), 12 holidays observed annually, and 6 sick days</li> <li>401K savings + match</li> <li>Comprehensive compensation package including base pay, bonus</li> <li>And additional benefits!</li> </ul> <p><strong>On the day-to-day, you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Execute high-priority projects that align with WelbeHealth’s long-term vision and short-term operating plan</li> <li>Utilize strong analytical skills to assess and address critical business challenges</li> <li>Synthesize quantitative data and qualitative insights into key findings, providing actionable takeaways for stakeholders at all levels</li> <li>Develop clear, concise materials for executive distribution, supporting workgroups and steering committee meetings</li> <li>Drive timely delivery of project outcomes through effective collaboration</li> <li>Foster cross-functional partnerships across all organizational levels, including executives, working collaboratively to achieve shared goals</li> </ul> <p><strong>Job requirements include:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in relevant field, relevant professional experience may be substituted</li> <li>Minimum of five (5) years of healthcare consulting, operations, or strategy experience in healthcare or related industry</li> <li>Exceptional analytical skills, with the ability to provide business insights from analysis and tell a story with data</li> <li>Demonstrated systems thinking/problem solving skills</li> <li>Excellent influence, collaboration, and partnership skills, as this role will require significant navigation of a matrixed organization</li> <li>Microsoft suite expertise, especially Excel and PowerPoint</li> <li>Excellent organizational and communication skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently with minimal supervision with the demonstrated ability to prioritize and direct own work</li> </ul> <p>We are seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Initiatives&nbsp;that is highly analytical, experienced with large data sets, and can comfortably present to executive leadership.
