Key Responsibilities:

  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.
  • Lead and manage all service centre activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
  • Maintain strong relationships with mining customers, ensuring timely and effective service delivery.
  • Supervise and develop service center staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and performance.
  • Manage budgets, cost control, and profitability of the service centre as well as oversee inventory of parts and materials to support service operations.
     

Skills, Experience, and Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 5–7 years in service center or workshop management within mining or heavy industrial sectors.
  • Proven experience in rubber lining, mechanical services, and pump rebuild operations (desirable)
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP) and MS Office Suite.
