Purpose of Role: To load rubber and metal in moulds and place in press machines in order to produce molded parts according to set specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify workload and refer to job card to determine specific rubber and its weight.
  • Load and unload presses in line with SOP standards.
  • Use lifting equipment to prepare for press loading.
  • Manage and prioritize all work responsibilities effectively.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Matric (Grade 12) or N3.
  • Valid crane license.
  • Minimum of year experience working with presses would be an advantage.
