Responsibilities:
模压生产
安全：个人作业安全管理，包括PPE、安全操作、化学品正确使用等；严格自觉遵守SHE规定，改变自身不安全工作习惯，按安全生产规章制度和流程工作，按要求提交NM和安全观察，对安全隐患提出改善建议，帮助自己及他人改善。
生产：自觉遵守安全、质量、生产计划等规章制度，服从工作安排，积极改善，尊重他人，帮助他人改善等。
现场：现场点检/全员维护/5S；严格执行标准化作业；正确填写各项生产相关表单及记录；
质量：强化“产品是制造出来的”质量意识，严格按照工艺及技术标准操作，严格遵守自检规定，发现问题及时处理，避免发生质量事故，达到规定的质量标准。
交付：按照生产计划要求每天按时完成任务，并符合质量要求；达成出货率，满足客户要求。
持续改进：降低成本，提高安全和质量的管控要求，提高生产效率。
遵守公司各项管理规定，包括工作安排、劳动纪律、考勤、休假、就餐、工间休息等；
其它模压领班/生产主管安排的相关工作。
Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications
Education and/or Experience:
高中以上相当学历；
橡胶/机械工作经验优先。
