About this role
1. 按照SHE相关要求推进工作，负责公司ESG相关事务以及相关改善活动。Comply with Weir Group SHE rules, Responsible for ESG-related matters and associated improvement initiatives within the company.
2. 熟悉精益生产，通过VSM, SIPOC等精益工具的应用以推动“浪费”改善以提高生产效率，产品质量等。Familiar with Lean production knowledge, promoting improvements on elimination of “Wastes” through application of Lean tools such as VSM,SIPOC ,to improve production efficiency , quality ,on time delivery, cost down, etc.
3. 协助精益经理制定年度计划以促进在工厂内推动WINS（Weir Integrated Network System）体系的建立和实施。Coordinating with Lean Manager to make annual plan ,to promote the establishment and implementation of WINS (Weir Integrated Network System) in the factories.
4. 参与并支持工厂的6S改善和审核。Participate in and supporting 6S improvements and audits of factory.
5. 负责精益生产相关知识和工具应用的本地培训。Responsible for local training on Lean knowledge and tools of whole company.
6. 参与工厂的产能分析和推进改善。Participate in capacity analysis and promoting continuous improvements.
7. 参与或主导工艺布局规划（厂房、车间、工位）和改善活动。Participate in or leading process layout planning (Factory, workshop, workstations) and continuous improvement activities.
8. 参与并支持质量部门对客诉的根本原因调查，以及解决方案的落实。Participate in and supporting the quality department to investigate the root cause of customer complaints ,and promote the implementation of the solutions.
9. 组织、推动、协调和指导公司各部门的持续改善活动，跟踪、督促公司各部门持续改善活动的实施和推广。组织月度和季度的改善项目分享活动。Organize, promote, coordinate and guide the continuous improvement activities of all departments of company , track and urge the implementation and spreading of continuous improvements across different departments.
10. 促进员工提案活动的实施和项目推进，提案数据汇总与分析。Promote the implementation and advancement of proposals from all employees , summarizing and making analysis of proposals.
11. 经理指定的其他工作。Other works from Lean Manager.
