We are seeking a Technical Growth & Solutions Specialist to drive expansion across industrial markets by combining engineering expertise with consultative sales execution. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working at the intersection of technology, customers, and commercial strategy—identifying opportunities, shaping solutions, and converting technical discussions into long-term business value.

You will work closely with customers, internal engineering teams, and leadership to develop new applications, unlock new markets, and grow revenue through solution-led engagement.


Key Responsibilities

Market Expansion & Opportunity Development

Identify and pursue new business opportunities across defined industries and regions

Expand the adoption of existing products by uncovering new applications and use cases

Support entry into new segments through technical feasibility assessments and customer discovery

Customer & Solution Engagement

Engage with customers to understand operational challenges, process requirements, and performance expectations

Propose tailored technical and commercial solutions aligned with customer needs

Participate in client discussions, site visits, trials, and product demonstrations as the technical point of contact

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with engineering, R&D, design, and manufacturing teams to develop customized solutions and product enhancements

Provide structured market and customer feedback to support product development and innovation

Support internal teams with technical insights during proposal and pre-sales stages

Sales Execution & Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers through consistent engagement and follow-ups

Drive opportunities through the full sales lifecycle—from initial discussion to commercial closure

Achieve assigned revenue, growth, and market expansion targets

Market Intelligence & Strategy Support

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, gaps, and growth opportunities

Share insights on customer needs, pricing dynamics, and competitive positioning

Support leadership with inputs for go-to-market and product strategy decisions


Qualifications & Experience

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Instrumentation, Production, or a related engineering discipline

3–5 years of experience in technical sales, solution engineering, application engineering, or industrial business development

Prior exposure to industrial products such as valves, pumps, piping systems, compressors, or similar engineered equipment

Strong understanding of industrial processes, applications, and customer environments
