You will partner with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure each event meets its objectives, timelines, and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end event planning and execution, from conceptualization to post-event wrap-up.
Develop operational plans and event concepts that translate client objectives into flawless experiences.
Source, onboard, and manage vendors, venues, and partners, ensuring timely delivery and quality performance.
Negotiate with venues and suppliers to achieve the best value without compromising standards.
Oversee event logistics, staging, audio-visuals, and on-site coordination to ensure smooth operations.
Manage multi-city and off-site events while maintaining consistency and quality across locations.
Anticipate challenges and provide quick, effective solutions during planning and live execution.
Monitor budgets, timelines, and quality benchmarks to ensure events are delivered on target.
Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external partners to align expectations and deliverables.
Qualifications & Skills
Proven experience in event management, preferably with exposure to multi-location or regional events.
Strong understanding of event production, logistics, and operational workflows.
Expertise in vendor and venue management with negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to think quickly, adapt to evolving requirements, and solve problems under pressure.
Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple events and stakeholders simultaneously.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, execution-focused, and committed to delivering exceptional event experiences.
