We are looking for a Lead Frontend Engineer – Web Platforms to architect and deliver high-impact, performance-critical web applications within a fast-paced, real-time digital ecosystem. This role sits at the intersection of engineering excellence, user experience, and system performance. You will take ownership of complex frontend systems, influence technical direction, and ensure that user-facing platforms are scalable, reliable, and visually refined.

Key Responsibilities
Frontend Architecture & Development
Architect, build, and evolve scalable frontend systems for core user workflows and internal platforms
Develop modern, responsive interfaces using Next.js, React, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
Own frontend performance across applications, ensuring fast load times and smooth real-time interactions
Drive frontend best practices for component design, state management, and data handling
Performance, Quality & Reliability
Implement advanced performance optimizations including code splitting, lazy loading, and efficient rendering strategies
Ensure consistent behavior across browsers, devices, and screen sizes
Proactively identify and resolve UI performance bottlenecks and rendering issues
Maintain clean, testable, and maintainable codebases through regular refactoring
Collaboration & Delivery
Partner closely with product managers, backend engineers, and designers to translate requirements into elegant solutions
Review designs and provide early technical feedback to improve feasibility and UX outcomes
Participate actively in agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and delivery execution
Own frontend delivery end-to-end—from ideation and implementation to release and iteration
Technical Leadership
Set frontend engineering standards and contribute to long-term technical roadmap decisions
Conduct in-depth code reviews and guide peers on best practices and design patterns
Mentor and support junior engineers, fostering a culture of learning and quality
Document architectural decisions and frontend patterns for long-term team alignment
Required Experience & Skills
5–6+ years of hands-on experience building production-grade frontend applications
Strong expertise in Next.js, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Proven experience designing and scaling frontend systems in high-traffic or real-time environments
Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and core computer science concepts
Deep focus on frontend performance, accessibility, and responsive design
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and analytical capabilities
Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional teams with high ownership expectations
Experience guiding engineers and influencing frontend technical direction
