We are seeking a Brand & Growth Marketing Lead to drive end-to-end marketing initiatives across digital, offline, and experiential channels. This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution to enhance brand visibility, accelerate customer engagement, and support business growth. You will lead campaigns, manage cross-channel marketing efforts, and ensure a consistent, compelling brand presence across all touchpoints.
Key Responsibilities
1. Marketing Strategy & Planning
Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies across digital and offline channels.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform campaigns.
Create annual, quarterly, and monthly marketing calendars aligned with business objectives.
2. Digital Marketing & Growth
Plan, execute, and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other online platforms.
Manage social media strategy and presence on Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and emerging channels.
Oversee website, e-commerce marketplace, and SEO initiatives to enhance online visibility.
Monitor performance metrics using analytics tools and continuously optimize campaigns for ROI.
Lead content creation including videos, reels, blogs, graphics, and marketing collateral.
3. Offline & Experiential Marketing
Execute ATL and BTL campaigns, retail activations, events, exhibitions, workshops, and seminars.
Manage print and branding assets such as brochures, posters, standees, and point-of-sale materials.
Collaborate with vendors, agencies, and partners for on-ground marketing initiatives.
Support in-store branding, merchandising, and product display planning.
4. Brand Management
Maintain and strengthen brand identity across all channels and touchpoints.
Collaborate with creative teams, agencies, photographers, and influencers to ensure cohesive brand communication.
Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and visual standards across campaigns.
5. Product Marketing & Performance
Develop product positioning, messaging, and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
Lead product launches, promotional campaigns, and performance-driven initiatives.
Track campaign effectiveness and optimize spend and strategies for maximum impact.
6. Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and manage a marketing team, assigning responsibilities and tracking progress.
Ensure timely execution of marketing projects while fostering creativity and collaboration.
7. Reporting & Analytics
Prepare regular performance reports, insights, and recommendations for leadership.
Analyze campaign data to guide decision-making and continuous improvement.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
4–7 years of experience in integrated marketing, including digital, offline, and experiential marketing.
Strong expertise in digital advertising, social media, branding, and event management.
Prior experience in retail, D2C, FMCG, or consumer-facing industries is highly preferred.
Proficiency in Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and design tools.
Excellent communication, creativity, analytical thinking, and leadership capabilities.
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously with a results-driven mindset.
