We are looking for an enthusiastic, data-driven SEO Specialist who thrives on turning strategy into measurable growth. In this role, you will own and execute high-impact SEO initiatives for key products, with a strong focus on ranking for high-volume, high-intent keywords, driving organic traffic, and contributing directly to revenue growth.

This is a hands-on role requiring strong technical expertise, analytical depth, and close collaboration with content, product, and engineering teams.

Key ResponsibilitiesSEO Strategy Execution

• Own and execute a pipeline of high-impact SEO initiatives aligned with the broader growth roadmap
• Ensure timely execution, prioritization, and alignment with overall marketing and business goals

Technical SEO Excellence

• Conduct in-depth technical SEO audits covering crawlability, indexability, site speed, and structured data
• Partner with engineering and product teams to implement fixes focused on Core Web Vitals, site architecture, JavaScript rendering (CSR/SSR), and log file analysis
• Identify and resolve technical issues impacting performance and scalability

Keyword Strategy & Content Optimization

• Execute keyword strategies across all digital properties
• Collaborate with content and product marketing teams to ensure assets are optimized for search intent, semantic relevance, and commercial value
• Guide content creation with SEO-first insights

On-Page & Conversion Optimization

• Optimize metadata, headers, internal linking, and content structure to improve rankings
• Analyze organic user journeys and collaborate with CRO/UX teams to run SEO-driven A/B tests that improve conversion rates from organic traffic

Performance Tracking & Reporting

• Monitor SEO performance using GA4, Google Search Console, and enterprise SEO tools
• Prepare clear, actionable performance reports highlighting wins, gaps, and optimization opportunities
• Translate data into strategic recommendations

Off-Page SEO & Authority Building

• Execute targeted link-building and off-page SEO campaigns aligned with growth objectives
• Manage outreach and ensure acquisition of high-quality, relevant backlinks to strengthen domain authority

Competitive & Algorithm Intelligence

• Track competitors, SERP trends, and market shifts to identify opportunities and threats
• Proactively adapt strategies in response to search engine algorithm updates

QualificationsExperience

• 5–7 years of hands-on SEO experience with a proven track record of driving sustained organic traffic and revenue growth
• Experience managing SEO for large-scale or enterprise websites (e.g., 500K+ monthly organic sessions, SaaS, or e-commerce platforms)
• Demonstrated success achieving Top 3 rankings for competitive, high-value keywords

Technical & Tooling Expertise

• Advanced proficiency with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, and crawling tools such as Screaming Frog or Sitebulb
• Strong understanding of technical SEO implementations, including schema markup, hreflang, canonicalization, redirects, and rendering diagnostics

Analytical & Communication Skills

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn complex datasets into actionable insights
• Excellent communication skills to explain technical requirements to engineers and present results to non-technical stakeholders

Bonus Points

• Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or high-growth technology environments
• Exposure to programmatic SEO or international SEO (multilingual/multiregional sites)
• Familiarity with Agile workflows and tools such as Jira or Asana
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript for debugging and developer collaboration
