As a Senior Software Engineer – Frontend, you will play a key role in shaping and scaling high-performance, user-centric web applications for a complex, real-time trading ecosystem. You will lead frontend development efforts across core trading interfaces and administrative control panels, ensuring a seamless blend of design, usability, performance, and reliability. This role demands strong technical ownership, deep expertise in modern frontend frameworks—particularly Next.js—and the ability to mentor team members while collaborating closely with product, design, and backend teams in an agile environment.

• Lead the design and development of user-facing interfaces for trading platforms and administrative modules
• Build responsive, interactive, and scalable frontend features using Next.js, JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, and CSS3
• Ensure optimal performance, speed, and scalability across mobile and desktop environments
• Address cross-browser compatibility issues and ensure consistent rendering across devices
• Conduct detailed code reviews to maintain high standards of code quality, performance, and maintainability
• Collaborate closely with UI/UX designers to translate design concepts into intuitive and visually polished interfaces
• Implement performance optimization techniques such as lazy loading, code splitting, and efficient data fetching
• Create and maintain technical documentation to support long-term maintainability and team knowledge sharing
• Participate actively in agile processes including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives
• Take full ownership of frontend deliverables from concept through deployment and post-release optimization

• 5–6+ years of hands-on experience in frontend development with strong ownership of production-grade applications
• Advanced expertise in Next.js, React, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS with a proven ability to build scalable solutions
• Strong foundation in data structures, algorithms, and core computer science principles
• Proven ability to optimize frontend performance for speed, scalability, and responsiveness
• Experience implementing responsive and adaptive design across multiple screen sizes and devices
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex frontend issues efficiently
• Comfortable working in agile development environments and collaborating with cross-functional teams
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning, innovation, and frontend best practices
• Leadership qualities with experience mentoring junior engineers and driving frontend excellence
