We are seeking a Senior Backend Software Engineer to build intelligent, scalable backend systems that power AI-driven developer tools. This role blends strong software engineering fundamentals with modern AI capabilities to deliver reliable, high-impact platforms that enhance developer productivity in fast-paced environments.

• Design, build, and maintain robust backend services for intelligent code analysis and review systems.
• Develop scalable, high-performance APIs and services using modern backend technologies.
• Integrate AI and language-model capabilities into backend workflows and developer platforms.
• Architect and optimize distributed systems to handle large-scale data processing and analysis.
• Collaborate in technical brainstorming, solution design, and architectural discussions.
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to best practices, code quality, and system reliability.
• Stay current with advancements in backend engineering, AI systems, and developer tooling.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI, or equivalent practical experience.
• 5+ years of professional experience in backend or software engineering roles.
• Strong proficiency in server-side development, with TypeScript and Node.js preferred.
• Hands-on experience building distributed systems, scalable services, and performance-critical backend applications.
• Solid understanding of system design, data structures, algorithms, and cloud-native architectures.

• Experience with code intelligence platforms such as code search, code graphs, or static analysis systems.
• Familiarity with Tree-sitter or similar parsing and analysis frameworks.
• Exposure to high-performance computing or large-scale data processing pipelines.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Strong problem-solving mindset and ownership of backend systems end-to-end.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and contribute to architectural decisions.
