We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Salesforce Administrator / Business Analyst to manage, configure, and optimize Salesforce environments in line with evolving business needs. This is a hands-on role that combines platform administration, business analysis, system optimization, and stakeholder collaboration to ensure a secure, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce ecosystem.

Key ResponsibilitiesUser & Security Management
  • Manage Salesforce user accounts, including creation, deactivation, roles, and access controls.
  • Configure profiles, permission sets, sharing rules, and security settings to ensure appropriate data visibility and compliance.
  • Conduct periodic security audits and ensure adherence to data privacy and governance standards.
System Configuration & Customization
  • Design and maintain custom objects, fields, validation rules, record types, and page layouts.
  • Build and manage declarative automation using Salesforce Flow and Process Builder.
  • Configure Lightning apps, components, home pages, and user experiences.
  • Install, configure, and manage AppExchange applications to extend Salesforce functionality.
Data Management & Integrity
  • Perform routine data maintenance activities, including data cleansing, deduplication, and mass updates.
  • Use tools such as Data Loader and Data Import Wizard for data imports and exports.
  • Partner with architecture teams to document and support data backup and recovery strategies.
  • Enforce data quality standards through validation rules and governance practices.
Reporting & Analytics
  • Create and maintain advanced reports and dashboards to provide actionable insights and KPIs.
  • Utilize features such as custom report types and joined reports.
  • Enable and train users to build and analyze reports independently.
Technical Support & Troubleshooting
  • Act as the primary point of contact for Salesforce-related issues and enhancement requests.
  • Investigate and resolve platform errors, user issues, and data inconsistencies.
  • Manage and prioritize support requests, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Deliver functional and technical training for users and stakeholders.
System Maintenance & Release Management
  • Stay up to date with Salesforce seasonal releases and feature updates.
  • Test new features and configurations in sandbox environments prior to production deployment.
  • Monitor system performance and support ongoing maintenance activities.
  • Coordinate UAT and support production releases and change management processes.
Business Analysis & Collaboration
  • Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document functional and technical requirements.
  • Create and maintain business process flows, BRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.
  • Collaborate with development and integration teams on complex solutions and third-party system integrations (ERP, marketing tools, etc.).
  • Support and troubleshoot API-based integrations and data flows.
AI & Generative AI (Nice to Have)
  • Administer and optimize Salesforce AI capabilities such as Einstein Activity Capture, Forecasting, and Bots.
  • Support use cases for generative AI within Salesforce, including content generation and summarization.
  • Assist with prompt development, refinement, and governance for AI tools.
  • Promote responsible and ethical AI usage, ensuring data privacy, transparency, and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM-201) is mandatory.
  • Advanced certifications such as Salesforce Advanced Administrator (ADM-211), Platform App Builder, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud are highly desirable.
  • 8–10+ years of experience in Salesforce Administration or Salesforce Business Analysis roles.
  • Strong expertise in Salesforce data models, security architecture, declarative automation, and best practices.
  • Proven experience managing Salesforce deployments, enhancements, and change management.
  • Exposure to basic Apex triggers and code is an advantage.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
Preferred Background
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Experience supporting Sales Cloud and Service Cloud environments.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs.
  • Familiarity with service contracts, subscriptions, and entitlements.
  • Domain exposure to Banking or Financial Services is a plus.

Work Schedule
  • Night Shift: 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
