This role is designed for an experienced HR professional who can partner closely with business leaders to align people strategies with organizational goals. As a trusted advisor to assigned business units, you will play a critical role in shaping workforce effectiveness, strengthening employee engagement, and ensuring HR practices support both performance and compliance. The position requires a balance of strategic thinking and hands-on execution across the full employee lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic HR Business Partner to business leaders, translating business objectives into effective HR strategies
- Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes to ensure timely and quality talent acquisition
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, ensuring smooth transitions, compliance, and a positive employee experience
- Drive employee engagement and culture-building initiatives that promote performance, collaboration, and retention
- Support workforce planning, manpower optimization, and organizational design initiatives
- Handle employee relations, grievance management, and ensure adherence to labor laws and statutory requirements
- Support performance management cycles, talent identification, and succession planning efforts
- Ensure HR governance, policy adherence, and accurate HR data management and reporting through HRIS/ERP systems
What Makes You a Great Fit
- MBA in HR or an equivalent qualification from a reputed institute
- 10–15 years of relevant experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a regulated or complex industry environment
- Strong expertise in recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, and statutory compliance
- Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders, influence decision-making, and solve people-related challenges
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills
- Experience working with HR systems such as SAP, SuccessFactors, or Oracle is an added advantage
