Education

Master’s degree in Social Work, Management, or a related field (preferred).

• Minimum of 7+ years of experience in project management, preferably within social impact or development sector organizations.
• Proven experience managing large-scale projects with budgets of ₹10 Cr or more.

• Strong interpersonal skills with high self-awareness and emotional intelligence.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create and deliver effective presentations.
• Demonstrated expertise in team leadership, capacity building, and stakeholder management.
• Strong networking and representation skills with internal and external stakeholders, including partners, donors, and government bodies.
• Solid research and data analysis capabilities, including project planning, monitoring, evaluation, and performance tracking.
• Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and cost control.
• Strong leadership and decision-making abilities, with accountability for project outcomes.
• Willingness to travel extensively across project locations as required.
• High standards of personal and professional integrity.

• In-depth understanding of livelihoods programs and ecosystem-based interventions.
• Strong knowledge of youth skilling needs and implementation of employability and capacity-building initiatives.
