The Product Manager – PLG & SEO will own growth initiatives driven by product features, organic discovery, and in-product engagement. This role focuses on building scalable growth loops, optimizing acquisition and conversion funnels, and driving long-term retention through data-driven experimentation and SEO-led traffic growth in a fintech environment.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduct-Led Growth (PLG)
- Design and launch value-added product features that drive organic, self-sustaining user growth such as credit score tools, referrals, shareable experiences, and embedded rewards.
- Build in-product engagement loops and behavioral nudges to improve activation, repeat usage, and long-term retention.
- Run structured experiments and A/B tests to identify scalable PLG levers impacting top-of-funnel (TOFU), conversion, and engagement metrics.
- Partner closely with Design and Marketing to deliver seamless, end-to-end user journeys across acquisition, onboarding, and retention touchpoints.
Programmatic SEO & Organic Growth
- Lead the programmatic SEO strategy from framework design through scalable execution.
- Build systems for dynamic page creation, keyword clustering, and automated content generation to expand organic traffic and topical authority.
- Continuously optimize organic landing pages to improve traffic-to-conversion performance.
Conversion & Funnel Optimization
- Own and optimize end-to-end conversion metrics across web and mobile app channels.
- Identify funnel drop-offs and friction points using data analysis, A/B testing, and user journey redesign.
- Collaborate with Analytics and Design teams to monitor funnel health and improve efficiency from traffic acquisition through KYC and activation.
App Metrics, Retention & Engagement
- Own and drive core app metrics including retention, DAU/MAU, engagement depth, and repeat transactions.
- Work with Lifecycle and CRM teams to design targeted reactivation and engagement campaigns across Push, Email, In-App, and WhatsApp channels.
- Build personalized engagement hooks and habit-forming experiences that increase product stickiness and user loyalty.
