We are seeking an experienced Product Manager – Fungicides with strong market insight and hands-on exposure to fungicide products. The role is responsible for managing the fungicide portfolio end-to-end, driving product strategy, and ensuring effective positioning and growth through close collaboration with cross-functional teams.

• Manage and grow the fungicides product portfolio across the complete product life cycle.
• Conduct detailed market research, competitor analysis, and farmer/field insights to define and refine product strategy.
• Develop product positioning, branding frameworks, and go-to-market plans.
• Coordinate closely with R&D, regulatory, sales, and marketing teams to ensure timely and successful product launches.
• Enable sales teams through product training, technical documentation, and promotional tools.
• Track product performance against business targets and initiate corrective actions when required.
• Ensure seamless communication and alignment among internal stakeholders and external partners.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management within the agro-chemical industry.
• Mandatory experience with fungicide products (technical, marketing, or both).
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Excellent analytical ability with experience converting market data into actionable product strategies.
• Proven experience working with cross-functional teams and field sales forces.
