As a Product Manager, you will own key product areas end-to-end—from discovery and strategy to delivery and optimization—while collaborating closely with engineering, design, sales, marketing, and leadership teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and communicate a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirement gathering to launch and post-launch optimization.
- Work closely with engineering and design teams to translate product requirements into detailed user stories, PRDs, and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct user research, customer interviews, and market analysis to identify user needs, pain points, and opportunities.
- Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibility.
- Act as the primary point of contact for product-related decisions and stakeholder communication.
- Track product performance using KPIs and user feedback, and continuously iterate to improve outcomes.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to support go-to-market strategies and product adoption.
- Ensure timely delivery of high-quality features while managing scope, dependencies, and trade-offs.
Required Qualifications
- 4–8 years of experience in Product Management, preferably in a technology or product-led organization.
- Proven experience managing products through the full lifecycle, from concept to launch and scale.
- Strong understanding of agile methodologies and experience working with cross-functional scrum teams.
- Ability to write clear product requirements, user stories, and documentation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure success.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Customer-first mindset with a strong focus on usability and value creation.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in SaaS, B2B, B2C, or platform-based products.
- Exposure to analytics tools, A/B testing, or experimentation frameworks.
- Background in engineering, design, or business is a plus.
- Experience working in fast-paced startup or scale-up environments.
