This role is ideal for a commercially driven professional who thrives at the intersection of business development, partnerships, and sales within fast-moving, high-growth environments. You will play a key role in expanding market presence, building strategic alliances, and driving revenue growth, particularly across fintech, financial services, trading platforms, or B2B SaaS ecosystems. Working in a lean and evolving setup, you’ll collaborate closely with internal teams and senior stakeholders to identify opportunities, structure partnerships, and execute deals that create long-term value across domestic and international markets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities across B2B, fintech, and financial services segments
- Build and manage strategic partnerships that support revenue growth and market expansion
- Lead end-to-end deal discussions including prospecting, negotiation, and closure
- Engage with institutional clients and senior decision-makers to understand business needs and propose tailored solutions
- Support international business development initiatives and cross-border partnerships where applicable
- Collaborate with internal product, operations, and leadership teams to align partnerships with business goals
- Track pipeline performance, partnerships progress, and revenue metrics to support informed decision-making
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and contribute to shaping go-to-market strategies in a dynamic environment
What Makes You a Great Fit
- 4–7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales, preferably in fintech, trading, crypto, or B2B SaaS
- Exposure to institutional clients, financial platforms, or international markets is a strong advantage
- Strong commercial acumen with the ability to assess opportunities and structure win-win partnerships
- Excellent relationship-building, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Confident communicator who can engage effectively with senior leadership and external partners
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving and execution
- Comfortable operating in lean teams with evolving goals and ambiguous problem statements
- Self-driven, adaptable, and motivated to build scalable partnerships in a growth-oriented environment
