We are looking for a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy intelligent systems powered by modern AI and Large Language Models (LLMs). In this role, you will work on cutting-edge use cases involving Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), LangChain-based orchestration, and scalable AI solutions that drive real business impact. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and data teams to translate complex problems into production-ready AI applications.

• Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications using LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or open-source models.
• Build and optimize RAG pipelines by integrating vector databases, document loaders, retrievers, and prompt engineering techniques.
• Implement end-to-end AI workflows using LangChain, including chains, agents, tools, and memory components.
• Develop scalable backend services for AI systems using Python and modern frameworks.
• Fine-tune prompts and models to improve accuracy, relevance, and performance across use cases.
• Integrate AI solutions with existing systems, APIs, and data sources.
• Evaluate model outputs, mitigate hallucinations, and implement guardrails for responsible AI usage.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver production-grade AI features.
• Monitor and optimize AI system performance, latency, and cost in production environments.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, LLM frameworks, and retrieval techniques.

• 3–6 years of hands-on experience in AI, machine learning, or applied NLP.
• Strong proficiency in Python and experience building backend systems.
• Solid understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their real-world applications.
• Hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.
• Proven expertise with LangChain for building AI workflows, agents, and chains.
• Experience working with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma).
• Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and evaluation techniques.
• Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.

• Experience with LLM fine-tuning or embeddings optimization.
• Exposure to MLOps, CI/CD for AI systems, and monitoring tools.
• Knowledge of security, privacy, and compliance considerations in AI solutions.
• Experience building AI-powered chatbots, copilots, or knowledge assistants.
