Summer Intern Program duration: June 1 – August 7, 2026.

IT Quality Assurance Intern

• Apply AI automation for creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.

• Perform functional, regression, and integration testing to validate software quality.

• Use AI testing tool capabilities to triage defects.

• Document and report defects clearly and collaborate with developers to ensure timely resolution.

• Apply AI tools for requirement reviews to identify testable conditions and potential quality risks.

• Validate data integrity and accuracy across different environments.

• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and coordinate with business stakeholders.

• Learn and apply QA best practices, standards, and methodologies.

• Utilize test management tools (Jira, X-Ray) to track and maintain test execution results.

• Explore opportunities to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines for faster and reliable releases

Education, Skills, and Experience Requirements for Interns:

• Current undergraduate rising Junior or Senior enrolled in an accredited college or university who is pursuing a degree in related field and has an interest in the banking/financial services industry

• Resourceful, enthusiastic, and proactive

• Highly organized

• Demonstrated strong attention to detail

• Experience creating and delivering presentations

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Self-motivated with a strong work ethic

• Ability to learn quickly and solve problems

• Strong analytical skills

• Collaborative and inclusive team player

• Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint

• Legally eligible to work in the U.S.

The estimated hourly rate for this position is $21.00/hr. to $23.00/hr. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
