We are seeking a hands-on skilled and experienced Data Solutions Architect with a strong background in Data Modeling, Snowflake or other Databases, and Python. In this role, you will design, build, and implement scalable data solutions across the organization. The ideal candidate will have experience architecting data platforms, integrating complex data sets and optimizing performance for data-intensive applications. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, analysts, and business stakeholders, to ensure that data architecture aligns with business goals.

What you will do

• Design and architect data solutions that align with business objectives, using best practices in data modeling and architecture.
• Develop and maintain conceptual, logical, and physical data models to support data platforms and analytics.
• Implement data solutions using Snowflake, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and security.
• Develop and optimize data pipelines using Python and other relevant tools.
• Work closely with data engineers and developers to implement and maintain the data architecture.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and translate them into efficient andscalable solutions.
• Perform data quality assurance, troubleshooting, and performance tuning on data platforms.
• Ensure data governance and security policies are applied consistently across data environments.

Skills and Abilities

• Business acumen to understand digital impacts and strategies.
• Knowledge of Data modeling
• Excellent understanding of application development methodologies and infrastructure and network architecture

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Science (BA/BS) Computer Science required
• Master’s degree in Arts/Science (MA/MS) Engineering or related field preferred

Experience Qualifications

• 3-4 years experience in solutions or application architect required
• 3-4 years experience in Programming tools like Python and database platforms like Snowflake required
• 3-4 years experience in cloud, data, security, automation, and other critical areas through our partnerships with AWS, Microsoft, ServiceNow, ISC2 and more - preferred

The estimated salary range for this position is $130,000.00 to $145,000.00. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
