The position will provide comprehensive operational support for various banking accounts, ensuring accurate processing of transactions, timely resolution of inquiries, and adherence to established service standards. Will be responsible for managing a range of account-related tasks, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining strong client relationships through effective communication

What you will do

  • Assist and engage as liaison for accounting services representing a multitude of products and services supported by the team Working with various LOB partners to help develop and implement applicable initiatives as assigned Update/facilitate procedure enhancements and assist in training and implementation amongst the team and targeted LOBs. Supports all account servicing and maintenance testing efforts, including creating and executing test scripts Adept in the core processing systems and contributes to issue escalation and processing support as required Elevate reporting, perform analysis to streamline, and automate processing where applicable Ensure compliance with all relevant banking regulations, internal policies, and operational procedures. Reconcile account data, transactions, and reports, identifying and correcting errors.


Skills and Abilities

  • Solid understanding of banking products, services, and operational processes (e.g., checking, savings, wires, ACH). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify root causes and implement effective solutions. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and transaction processing Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach. Proficiency with core banking systems and Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel). Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and prioritize effectively. Basic understanding of financial concepts or eagerness to learn about commercial loans


Education Qualifications

  • H.S. Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Arts/Sciences (BA/BS) Finance, Business Administration or related field preferred


Experience Qualifications

  • 3-4 years experience in banking operations, account servicing, or a related customer service role within a financial institution.

The estimated salary range for this position is $68,300 USD to $71,000 USD. Actual salary may vary up or down depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position is eligible for incentive compensation.
