About this role

DP World is looking for a Business Analyst who has experience supporting large-scale integration or transformation programs and can work closely with Project Managers, business stakeholders, and delivery partners to deliver integration initiatives. 

The successful candidate has led business analysis, fit/gap assessments, and migration scope definition, and is skilled in translating business needs into clear, testable requirements to support build, testing, migration, and cutover activities within a complex, multi-stream environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead business analysis for integration initiatives, collaborating with Project Managers and stakeholders
  • Define and manage migration scope and impacts across processes, data, users, and systems
  • Conduct fit/gap analysis and translate business requirements into testable scenarios and acceptance criteria
  • Identify and resolve gaps between delivered solutions and agreed business requirements
  • Support stakeholder engagement and ensure alignment between business priorities and program delivery outcomes

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

  • 7+ years’ experience delivering business and technology change in enterprise environments, including integrations or large-scale, multi-entity transformation programs
  • Proven expertise across multiple enterprise platforms (ERP, HRIS, Payroll, T&A, WMS, TMS), with the ability to integrate processes, data, users, and systems across multi-partner delivery environments
  • Strong experience across all business disciplines, including process, data, systems, and stakeholder engagement, ensuring end-to-end alignment and integration
  • Skilled in business process analysis, fit/gap assessments, migration scope definition, testing/UAT, and cutover support
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, facilitation, and communication skills, capable of aligning diverse teams and vendors to deliver integrated solutions
  • Experience in logistics, supply chain, or ports environments highly desirable
  • Track record of delivering successful outcomes in complex, multi-stream programs, balancing detail-oriented analysis with pragmatic delivery
