<p>Ihre Aufgaben </p>
<p>• Design und Entwicklung von Softwarelösungen zur Unterstützung des Kapazitätsmanagements </p>
<p>• Verantwortung für den stabilen Betrieb sowie die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung der Applikationslandschaft nach dem BizDevOps-Prinzip </p>
<p>• Sicherstellung der Schnittstelle zwischen Business-Anforderungen und technischer Umsetzung durch Anforderungsanalyse und Spezifikation </p>
<p>• Aktive Mitarbeit in einem agilen Team (Agile Release Train) und Teilnahme an agilen Zeremonien </p>
<p>• Optimierung und Automatisierung von Deployment-Prozessen sowie Pflege von CI/CD-Pipelines </p>
<p>• Gewährleistung einer hohen Softwarequalität durch automatisierte Tests, Dokumentation und Code Reviews </p>
<p>Muss-Anforderungen </p>
<p>• Abgeschlossene höhere Informatik- oder Wirtschaftsinformatikausbildung (HF, FH, ETH, Uni) oder gleichwertige Weiterbildung </p>
<p>• Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung mit IT-Projekten, agiler Softwareentwicklung und Requirements Engineering </p>
<p>• Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Business Analyse und Use Case-Modellierung sowie mit agilen Projektmethoden </p>
<p>• Know-how mit Enterprise Integration Patterns wie z.B. Messaging, Java 21+, Spring Boot, Microservices, ESTA Stack, Kafka und REST </p>
<p>• Erfahrung mit IntelliJ, Testframeworks (Unit-Testing), CI/CD Tools, Bitbucket, Confluence, Jira und Cloud-Kenntnisse (Openshift, AWS, Azure) </p>
<p>• Rasche Auffassungsgabe, ein hohes Mass an Eigeninitiative und Verantwortungsübernahme </p>
<p>• Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (B2) </p>
