Job Overview The Business Intelligence Analyst II at WRM will play a pivotal role in advancing the organization’s data‑driven strategy. This position is responsible for transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that guide decision‑making across departments. The analyst will design and maintain data models, develop interactive dashboards, streamline data processes, and support system integrations to ensure reliable and accessible information. Success in this role requires strong analytical skills, technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into effective data solutions. Design, enhance, and manage ETL workflows (SSIS or equivalent), ensuring accuracy, reliability, and efficiency of data pipelines. Support system integration initiatives and data implementation projects across multiple platforms. Collaborate with operations, finance, HR, and other departments to understand reporting needs and deliver scalable BI solutions. Build dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools. Perform in‑depth data analysis to identify trends, performance metrics, and actionable operational insights. Maintain clear documentation for data sources, data flows, reporting logic, and business rules. Partner with stakeholders to define and standardize KPIs, ensuring consistency across the organization. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on data governance, quality, and reporting processes. Perform additional duties as assigned to support organizational goals. What You Need: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field 3–5 years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including T‑SQL, stored procedures, views, and performance optimization Hands‑on experience with ETL tools (SSIS or equivalent) Proficiency with data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data governance principles Experience supporting system integrations, APIs, or cross‑platform data flows Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team Preferred: familiarity with Power Apps, Python, C#, JavaScript, or Power Automate Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk and using a computer Occasional lifting of files, documents, or office supplies weighing up to 20 pounds Sufficient visual acuity to review detailed reports, financial documents, and data on screens     Equal Opportunity Employer WRM is dedicated to fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace. QualificationsCERTIFICATIONS: Preferred but not required: Microsoft SQL, Power BI, or related analytics certifications Relevant cloud platform certifications (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud)   QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science, Business, or a related field. 3–5 years of relevant professional experience in business intelligence, data analytics, or data engineering. Strong proficiency in SQL Server including T SQL, stored procedures, views, and performance optimization. Hands on experience with ETL tools (SSIS or equivalent). Proficiency with data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker. Solid understanding of relational databases, data modeling, and data governance principles. Experience supporting systems integrations, APIs, or cross platform data flows. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy. Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team. Familiarity with Power Apps, Python, C#, JavaScript, or Power Automate is preferred.   PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasional lifting of files or office supplies up to 20 pounds.
