About this role


I. Job Summary
 

We are seeking a detail‑oriented professional with strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. The ideal candidate will be experienced in building and utilizing formulas (including VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, pivot tables, and other advanced functions) to interpret data, generate insights, and support business decision‑making. This role requires the ability to analyze complex information, identify trends, and clearly communicate findings to stakeholders.

Oversees and implements activities related to revenue management. 

II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
 

  • Plans, coordinates and supervises the collection, analysis and consolidation of sales activity data and the preparation of scheduled reports.
  • Analyzes impact of price increases and prepares reports summarizing impact.
  • Reviews and audits municipal contracts and WUTC tariffs to ensure correct billing and prepare reports detailing findings.
  • Coordinates and implements changes to the billing system as required by changes in contracts or business needs.
  • Interacts with the RMC as the point person for the Market Area to resolve credit and collection issues, follow-up on remedy tickets, distribute cancellation request and other issues as assigned.
  • Interacts with customers as necessary to resolve account problems.
  • Prepares closing entries and detailed scheduled reports of sales activity and other financial matters.
  • Reviews and reconciles assigned accounts on a monthly basis, checks and resolves account discrepancies.
  • Assists in the preparation of statements and month end closing.
  • Analyzes and prepares sales schedules needed for the annual budget process.


III. Qualifications 

A. Required Qualifications 
 

  • High School Diploma or GED (accredited)
  • 7 years of previous experience in related position


B. Preferred Qualifications 
 

  • Associate's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration or similar area of study

☒ Office: This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc.

The expected base pay range for this office/on-site  position is $82,125. This range represents a good faith estimate for this position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s relevant experience, education, training
