I. Job Summary
Under general supervision, provides entry level data and work assessment, reporting, and recommendations within assigned areas of expertise. Provides entry level analysis in order to support and enhance overall department workflow, customer service, improvement and work quality.
II. Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Prepares basic HR reports, data summaries, changes, and trends for use by management.
- Provides assessment and recommendations to management.
- Manages HR reporting and analytics requests
- Maintains and documents HR data processes.
- Collaborates closely with various internal HR groups to learn business processes and perform HR reporting and analytics tasks.
- Conducts audits and testing on data related activities.
- Assists with HR reporting and analytics projects by performing tasks.
- Partners closely with business intelligence developers and data engineers to ensure data structure requirements are met and support developing and maintaining data infrastructure.
- Participates in data integrity/management strategic initiatives.
- Recommends changes, updates and processes for continuous improvement in areas of expertise.
- Assists with project management activities and updates.
- Capable of facilitating small group training on data initiatives.

- Bachelor's Degree (accredited)
- High School Diploma or GED (accredited) and four years or relevant experience

Office: This job primarily operates in a professional office environment and routinely requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers, phones, copy machines, etc.
- This role is considered hybrid with expectations of being onsite Monday through Thursday with a flexible work from home day on Friday.
- This role is not eligible for relocation. All candidates must be based in Houston.
- This position is not able to provide sponsorship to any candiadte now or in the future.

What you'll do
- The Analyst I, HR Reporting & Analytics prepares basic HR reports and provides assessments and recommendations to management. They manage HR reporting requests and collaborate with internal HR groups to enhance workflow and data processes.
