We are seeking a safety-conscious SWD Operator to join our team at our Stanton, TX facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the operation and monitoring of our salt water disposal and related oilfield waste management systems, ensuring efficiency and regulatory compliance at all times.

Location: Stanton, TX (Near Midland, TX)
Schedule: 14 days on / 7 days off
Pay Range: $20–$23/hr.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain salt water disposal systems including pumps, valves, tanks, and injection wells

  • Monitor process levels, pressures, temperatures, and flows, making adjustments to optimize system performance

  • Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on SWD equipment

  • Ensure safe handling and disposal of fluids in compliance with environmental regulations

  • Maintain accurate records of daily operations, volumes, and system readings

  • Troubleshoot equipment and process issues and coordinate with maintenance teams as needed

  • Use and maintain required PPE in accordance with company policies and procedures

  • Work effectively as part of a team and support other operations as needed

  • Safely work in varying outdoor weather conditions

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience with SWD operations and/or injection wells required

  • Experience with centrifuges or thermal treatment systems is a plus (training available)

  • Ability to learn and operate site-specific equipment independently

  • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork

  • Must be able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
