💰 Salary: $80,000 – $85,000 Annually + 10% Annual Cash Bonus

About the Role: Operations Supervisor
As part of our elite Operations team, you’ll be joining a company committed to your long-term growth. If you’re open to relocation and eager to take on new challenges, this is a great opportunity to advance into higher-level management within 1–3 years.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and assign work crews operating solid waste collection equipment
- Monitor daily operations and adjust staffing as needed
- Support and execute safety initiatives
- Conduct field inspections and audits to ensure proper procedures
- Address and resolve customer concerns
- Conduct performance reviews and development discussions
- Set short- and long-term goals for the hauling company
- Oversee compliance programs including environmental, OSHA, and local permitting
What You’ll Bring
- Willingness to relocate for promotional opportunities within 12 months
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred
- Experience in transportation, trucking, or logistics required
- Class B CDL preferred (not required)
- Strong written and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel and business systems
